I work with AI systems in depth — building agents, reading the research, staying close to what the tools actually do.
And I question the story institutions tell about those same systems: that their point is productivity and automation.
The work spans industrial and SME digitalisation, higher-education research, and design-fiction inquiry. Not four brands — one hand, asking the same question in different rooms.

Advisory work for education companies building with AI: pedagogical review of AI tools and the quality criteria behind them, didactic grounding, and keeping both teacher agency and learner agency in view.
A working prototype built on current AI-and-learning research — neither a content machine, nor an AI teacher, nor a tutor. It runs locally, and it exists as a demonstration and a design probe.
